FAQ

Are the materials you use body-safe and non-toxic?

Yes, we use 100% platinum cure silicone that is certified for safe mucous membrane contact (lips, genitals etc.). For coloring, we use either cosmetic mica, body safe silicone dyes or non-toxic stroncium-encapsulated glow powders. All silicone is properly degassed. You can read more about our manufacturing process in extensive detail in this blog post.

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes, we ship in discreet packaging!

  • 99% of packages are shipped in plain brown boxes
  • depending on the shipping carrier, some smaller/flatter items like miniatures or spanking stripes may be shipped in plain bubble envelopes

There is no brand name or logo, the return address is to private person so there is no company name. Packages going outside of EU have mandatory customs slip which states the content of the package usually as "handmade silicone collectible item, material: silicone" (yes it is this long because some shipping carriers used to ask for additional info with shorter description).

How do I keep my toy clean?

In general, a proper wash with mild antibacterial soap is usually good enough to keep your toy clean. Avoid any cleaning products that contain silicone. If you want to go the extra mile, you can sanitize your toy via boiling (3-5 minutes, wrap the toy in a kitchen towel so that it doesn't touch the pot surface), or dunking them in a bleach solution for a few minutes (10 parts water, 1 part bleach) - do not boil the bleach!

Let the toy air-dry to avoid lint or use microfiber cloth to dry it.

How do I store my toy?

Your toy can be stored with other platinum cure toys. Do not store your platinum cure toy in contact with toys from other materials for prolonged periods, as some cheaper or toxic materials such as TPE may cause the silicone to degrade.

Avoid prolonged contact with glass, such as storage next to glass toys or using a glass surface display because glass contains silicone - silicone likes to bond with silicone, so your toy might get stuck to glass and it can be hard to unstuck without damaging your toy.

Which lube can I use with platinum cure silicone toys?

Use water-based lubricant. Do not use silicone-based lubricants, these may damage your toy - specifically, silicone lube may over time cause slow degradation of the surface of your toy.
