Shipping policy

We ship in discreet packaging - plain brown boxes for insertable toys/maturbators, white bubble envelopes for grinders, small eggs and squishy toys. There is no brand name or logo. All our packages are always provided with tracking.

We ship via Czech Post and Packeta, which hands packages over to a local carrier*.

Average shipping times:

Czechia: 1-3 business days

EU: 1-5 business days

Europe (non-EU): 1-10 business days

Overseas: 7-30 business days

USA: 1-5 business days

Please note that there may be delays during exceptional time, such as holiday rush (November-January), post service strikes or pandemic.

*Shipping carrier information

Carrier for your region is displayed during checkout and in your order detail. There are 2 variants:

1) Czech Post + local national service (package is shipped with Czech Post and handed over to your local national post service, for example Royal Mail for UK etc.)

2) Packeta + local courier service (package is shipped via Packeta which hands the package over to their local partnered courier service - the service differs for every country - for example InPost delivers in Poland, Hermes delivers Germany etc.)
